Ross started his coaching career in 2012. He started to work with the mittz goalkeeping academy under the Stewart brothers. Ross then enjoyed a season at Greenock Morton in 2013. In 2014 Ross went into work with safehands goalkeeping academy under Ross Ballantyne. Then in 2015 he joined Queen’s Park football club as the goalkeeping coach for the ladies squad. Eventually moving into both the ladies and youth squads until July 2021. Until joining Caledonian Braves.
