Celtic B vs Caledonian Braves

Despite a strong performance from Braves particularly in the 2nd half, Celtic B secured a 2-0 home win with their clinical finishing proving the difference between the sides. A neat finish from Ben Summers and a close range tap in from Joey Dawson secured the 3 points for Celtic. Braves created several excellent chances throughout the 90 mins however, in particular a fierce shot from the edge of box from Armstrong which was well saved along with a missed one on one opportunity in the 2nd half. Braves also restricted Celtic largely to half chances in a dominant 2nd period and there are positives to take into another tough assignment at home to Rangers B this Saturday.
