Caledonian Braves vs East Stirlingshire

The Caledonian Braves claimed a priceless 1-0 vicotry over East Stirlingshire, to place themselves in the South Challenge Cup 4th Round.

As per usual, little split these two sides, with opportunities few in an even first half.

However, just five minutes after the break, Matty Collins provided the moment of magic.

Our left winger pressed high and won the ball, before rounding the keeper for his fifth goal in this year's competition.

The Braves came close to adding a second and our visitors struck the crossbar in the final moments. However, Bernie White's goal remained otherwise untested, as the Braves advanced at the Shire's expense!
