Choose Your November Player of the Month!

1st December 2023

Despite facing a few tough results in the month of November, the Braves still put in a number of quality performances against some of the strongest teams in the league.

This week, Ricky Waddell provided us with his four player of the month nominees and you can hear his thoughts on all four players at the link here.

Ross McNeil

For the second straight month, our number nine has been selected as a nominee. Our top scorer this season with nine goals, Ross has led the line with distinction and has been praised by Ricky for his continued hard work as our lone striker. With opening goals against both Albion and Tranent, our club captain started every game in the month of November.

Cammy Breadner

The winger re-entered the team at the start of the month and has made the right-wing spot his own, starting every game in November. Banging in a goal of the month contender against East Kilbride to start off the month, Cammy has been a dangerous outlet with his direct running and tricky skills!

Robbie Stewart

Last month's winner Robbie has once again been nominated, after another solid month at left-back. The 17-year-old has started our last ten games, as a crucial cog in our unchanged backline. Robbie received praise from the gaffer for his handling of three tough games against East Kilbride, Tranent and Albion in the space of a week.

Kristian Gkegka

Hailed as an 'unsung hero' by Ricky Waddell, Kristian has once again played an incredibly important role in the middle of the park. The Greek midfielder has once again been combative in his position, winning a POTM nominee for the second time. Kristian has came close to scoring his first goal for the club on a few occasions, but bagged a great assist for fellow midfield marshal John Guthrie, in our 2-0 win over Cumbernauld United.
