Club Statement – Fixture Postponed

Tonight’s Lowland League fixture against Berwick Rangers at Alliance Park has been postponed.

Yesterday afternoon, we were advised by North Lanarkshire Council of an issue affecting the pavilion which has left the facility without heating or hot water. We are extremely disappointed to be in this position, but the circumstances are entirely beyond our control.

We explored every possible option to allow the fixture to go ahead and were fully prepared to host the game. However, the arrangements were not deemed suitable, and after consultation with Berwick Rangers and the Lowland League, the decision was taken to postpone the match.

We are now seeking clarity from North Lanarkshire Council regarding the circumstances of this issue, and we are pressing for solutions and remedies to ensure the matter is addressed as quickly as possible.

A new date for the fixture will be confirmed in due course.
