Our bold governance operates through three interconnected bodies, each serving a vital role in our innovative structure: 

• The Leadership Council: At the heart of our governance, the Leadership Council brings together twelve passionate individuals with world-class expertise and unwavering commitment to our cause. 
• The Advisory Board: Supporting the Leadership Council, the 24-member Advisory Board is organized around five strategic pillars that cover every aspect of our operation. 
• The Ownership Liaison Council: Designed to strengthen the connection between leadership and owners, the Ownership Liaison Council will ensure 8,700+ global voices are represented in every decision. 

Leadership Council: Strategic Vision Meets Global Expertise 

As the central decision-making body, the Leadership Council provides strategic vision and global expertise to guide the club’s future. These twelve individuals anchor the club’s governance and serve as the bridge between ownership and strategy. Eleven are owners themselves, with one sustainability expert ensuring we remain true to our environmental values. 

Leading this incredible team is Chris Ewing, Caledonian Braves’ CEO and Chairman. The visionary founder of Edusport Academy in 2011, Ewing holds a Master's in International Sports Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute and has transformed a dream into the world's most democratic football club.

• Andrew Hodges (California, USA): Legal expert using extensive expertise to ensure our fiscal responsibility and regulatory strength as we scale globally 
• Crystal Reel (Texas, USA): Commercial strategist leveraging commercial and financial acumen to strengthen our revenue foundations and regulatory framework 
• Thomas Tiedemann (New York, USA): Finance and compliance professional blending deep finance and compliance experience to guide our sustainable growth strategy 

Sporting Excellence 

• Kevin Abrams (New York, USA): Commercial and sporting professional using extensive knowledge to enhance our football operations and competitive edge 
• Mujtaba Elgoodah (New York, USA): Our Lead Investor, combining business expertise with a deep commitment to sporting excellence and club development 
• Oliver Winterbone (North Carolina, USA): Football operations and performance leader driving our on-pitch ambitions with strategic sporting insight 

Digital Innovation 

• Jonathan Selbach (Germany): Digital innovation expert keeping us at the forefront of technology, fan engagement, and online community building 

Creative Industry 

• Silvia Raccagni (Italy): Creative industry professional bringing artistic vision, brand strategy, and cultural insight to our global identity 

Media and Broadcasting 

• David Tishelman (Connecticut, USA): Media and broadcasting specialist amplifying our voice across global platforms and building our content strategy 

Strategic Communications 

• Erin Looney (District of Columbia, USA): Communications expert crafting our message, managing stakeholder relationships, and telling our story to the world

The Advisory Board: 24 Experts, 5 Strategic Pillars 

The Advisory Board adds breadth to our governance, uniting 24 experts from across sport, business, and community. Through five strategic pillars, they provide the insight and experience that strengthen our foundation and shape our future direction. 

• Revenue Generation and Stadium Development: World-class expertise in commercial growth and infrastructure development, featuring seasoned professionals who bring decades of sports business experience to our revenue strategy and new stadium plans. 
• Football Operations and Academy Excellence: Elite football minds with extensive playing, coaching, and development experience, ensuring our on-pitch performance matches our off-pitch innovation while building pathways for the next generation of talent. 
• Governance, Legal, and Community: Legal experts and community champions with deep knowledge of sports law, regulatory compliance, and grassroots engagement, keeping us connected to our roots while strengthening our democratic foundations. 
• Brand, Digital, and Sustainability: Creative visionaries and digital pioneers specializing in brand development, content strategy, and sustainable practices, building our global identity while maintaining environmental responsibility. 
• Organizational Development: Operational excellence leaders with expertise in scaling organizations, advancing sustainable growth while maintaining our values and community-first approach.

Expanding Our Democratic Structure 

The incredible response to our governance initiative has been overwhelming and inspiring. With over 200 applications received, we are delighted after a lengthy and thorough process to move forward with our Leadership Council and Advisory Board. 

Building on this momentum, we are currently establishing a pool of advisors to the Leadership Council and an Ownership Liaison Council to further strengthen the connection between our leadership and our global owner community. More exciting news on these developments will follow in the coming weeks.
