We’re pleased to confirm that Jamie Walker has returned to Caledonian Braves ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Jamie is a familiar face to many around the club, having previously worn the Braves shirt earlier in his career. Since then, he’s spent time with Kelty Hearts, played in the League of Ireland with Dundalk, and most recently featured for Peterhead during the second half of last season.
Still only 24, Jamie arrives with a solid mix of experience and ambition, and he adds real depth to the squad as we prepare for another big year.
Manager Ricky Waddell said:
“Jamie is another player we know well, having worked with him for three years at Braves and before that at Rangers Academy.
He brings power and quality to the left-back area and gives us real competition in the back line and further up the park. He excels in duels, and we’re all excited to work with him again this season.”
Speaking after rejoining the club, Jamie said:
“It’s good to see a few familiar faces, and it’s been good meeting the new boys as well. It’s an exciting time for the club. It’s in a good spell, finishing 3rd last season, and we’re looking to push on now and get the club promoted — that’s our main goal.”
Welcome back, Jamie — let’s get to work.
